I’ve had this for about two weeks now, and I was surprised by how thick the material feels. It’s not scratchy at all, which I was a little worried about at first. I’ve already washed it twice since it arrived, and it still looks good. Overall, I’m happy with the quality

I was expecting the return to be a hassle because that’s usually how these things go for me, but it was actually simple. The refund came back faster than I thought it would, which was a relief. Support replied to my email without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, so for once I didn’t feel like I was stuck fighting just to get my money back

I haven’t actually ordered anything yet, so obviously I’m fully qualified to judge the entire experience. But from just browsing around, the site looks really clean and put together. It loads quickly on my phone, the colors aren’t trying to attack my eyes, and I could find what I needed without going on a treasure hunt. A few sections are a little plain, but plain is better than confusing. For the look and layout alone, I’d give it 5 stars.
